There is a private pay option which is $125.00 for the initial evaluation and $75.00 per visit. As well as we accept cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
​
We do require you to cancel your visit 24 hours in advance or there will be a $25 cancellation fee that will apply.
